Refund policy

We’re delighted to stand behind every Merry Co. item with an industry leading 30-day return policy. This means you’ll have a full 30 days from the time your parcel arrives to let us know if you need to send something back. If you’ve purchased any of our articles early, do take a moment to open and look them over upon arrival, as our return period does conclude 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be new, unused, and in its original condition, just the way it left our workshop. Items returned opened or used may be accepted at our discretion and will require a 30% restocking fee.

Should you ever need to begin a return, simply email us at support@merryco.com, and we’ll be glad to assist you.

Return Postage
When it’s time to send something back, we accept all returns through our Northern California return center. Once your return is approved, we’ll be delighted to provide you with a return shipping label along with simple, step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer; however, if Merry Co. provides a pre-paid label for your convenience, the postage cost will be deducted from your refund as a courtesy adjustment.

We do ask that no items be mailed back without first requesting a return, as unannounced parcels may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please take a moment to look over your order as soon as it arrives, and kindly reach out to us right away if anything appears defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was received. We’ll be glad to evaluate the concern and set things right for you.

Do note: items must be reported within 30 days of delivery to be considered “dead on arrival.” After this period, your purchase may still protected, but it will fall under our standard warranty coverage for the articles in question.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of customized items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, last call items, or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@merryco.com.
