Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed from our catalogue are carefully packed and set upon their journey within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays, holidays, and under certain peak order times). Once your parcel has been entrusted to the post, you’ll receive a notice along with a tracking number so you may follow its journey.

Domestic Post
Within the United States, delivery generally arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout, and may be free if your order meets certain thresholds. 

Overseas Deliveries
We are pleased to ship abroad to select countries. Please note: unless otherwise noted—any duties, tariffs, or customs fees remain the responsibility of the recipient. Travel time varies depending on distance and local customs inspection.

Pre-Orders & Advance Sales
Occasionally, we present items for pre-order—Merry Co. remains a small family run operation, and preorders and advance sales make it possible to offer more inventory to those who may choose to reserve goods in advance. 

  • Reservation of Goods – Your order secures the item and payment is taken at the time of purchase, ensuring your place in line.

  • Expected Arrival – Each pre-order item is accompanied by an estimated ship date shown on the product page. This date is our best projection, though delays may occur.

  • Combined Orders – If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the parcel may be held until all goods are ready to ship, or shipped as items become available. This is at our direction unless we receive specific requests. 

Unexpected Delays
Weather, postal interruptions, or customs may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and promise to see your order through, for every order is backed by the Merry Co. Guarantee!
